Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and is a Practising Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and an Accredited Tax Advisor (Income Tax and GST) with the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals.
She was with a Big 4 accounting firm before joining R Chan & Co in 1995. Jocelyn was appointed Director of R Chan & Associates PAC in 2010.
Jocelyn has been involved in audit, accounting, internal audit, business advisory, tax compliance and consultancy, and special engagements. She has served clients of small and medium sized companies, subsidiaries and branches of multinational corporations and high net worth individuals. Her experience extends to a diverse range of industries including technology, healthcare, services, manufacturing, trading & retail, food & beverages, logistics, construction and investment holdings.
Jocelyn is bi-lingual and is involved in various China-based companies audit.
