Our history dates back to 1980 when R Chan & Co, a partnership firm of Certified Public Accountants was registered by our founding partners. On 27 July 2010, R Chan & Associates PAC was incorporated to take over the business and operations of its predecessor firm, R Chan & Co. and to provide a platform to facilitate the growth and expansion of our business and operations.
We are a member firm of KS International since 1994 initially under R Chan & Co and remains a member with the incorporation of R Chan & Associates PAC. KS International is an association of Independent Accounting Firms with member firms located in major cities around the world who provide clients with a wide range of accounting, consulting, legal and taxation services. On 1 April 2016, KS International and Morison merged and Morison KSi was “born” following a high-profile merger of the two quality associations. At R Chan & Associates PAC, we listen to our clients to gain a good understanding of their needs and the business environment that they operate in with the aim to provide commercial and practical advice drawing on the knowledge, experience and skills of our Practising Directors and team of professional staff. We will also leverage on the resources of our fellow member firms of KS International and IAG to address clients’ specific needs especially in areas relating to their overseas operations or for information to assist clients in their decision making process. At the same time, we are also able to support our fellow members whose clients have or are expanding their operation into Singapore.
