Roger established R Chan & Co in 1980 and in 2010 incorporated R Chan & Associates PAC to take over the partnership practice.
Roger has been the client service partner/director for many small and medium sized companies, subsidiaries and branches of multinational corporations in a diverse range of industries. His experience covers audit, accounting, internal audit, taxation, corporate secretarial, insolvency, mergers and acquisitions, business valuation, initial public offering advisory, risk management, corporate governance and general business advisory. Roger had also served as an Independent Director and Audit Committee Member of several Public Listed Companies for over 20 years.
