Seow Pei is a Practising Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and an Accredited Tax Advisor (Income Tax and GST) with the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals (SIATP).
Seow Pei joined R Chan & Co in 1991 and appointed as a Director of R Chan & Associates PAC in 2010. She has over 30 years of experience in the profession and has been involved in audit, accounting, business advisory, tax compliance and consultancy, corporate tax planning and special engagements.
Seow Pei managed a portfolio of clients comprising of small and medium sized companies, subsidiaries and branches of multi-national corporations that covers a diverse range of industries including trading, retailers, distributors, logistics, property developer, construction, shipping, services and investment holding companies.
Seow Pei is bi-lingual and is involved in various China-based companies audit.
